Hi you, I’m Edwina Carr Barraclough.

For the past decade I’ve been a journalist and editor telling stories across print, digital, podcast, video and glossy magazines. I write (and have written) for publications including Vogue, The Sydney Morning Herald, news.com.au, Body + Soul, Kidspot, Mamamia, The Daily Telegraph and more.

Currently I’m news.com.au’s E-commerce Editor, managing its successful dedicated shopping vertical, Best Of. Aside from my passion for results-driven e-commerce strategy and content (and let’s be honest, online shopping), I write opinion and think pieces on everything from why we need to abolish sexist fertility terminology, the rise of ‘dopamine dressing’, where Australia is at with Indigenous rights and how MP Zali Steggall is pushing climate change action to the political forefront.

Because I’m an enthusiastic logophile (a fierce lover of words, for the unacquainted), I also work with fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands - like previous clients Bed Threads, Nimble Activewear and Shhh Silk - to create both compelling content and content strategies.
